We purchased this land because we’ve always dreamed of creating a space to welcome travelers and share the wonders of southern Chile. Surrounded by native forests and natural spring water, we envision this place as a point of departure and arrival, especially in uncertain times. Our project stands out because it offers a space where you can always find refuge, designed with accessibility in mind for all, especially for older adults. In the future, our facilities will feature flat walkways, rounded edges, and easy access to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. We also prioritize ecological design, using sustainable materials and renewable energy sources to minimize our environmental impact. Here, you can reconnect with nature, enjoy an authentic rural environment, and find peace, all while being part of a community that values connection across generations

Subscribing is free. The reservation is part of the annual subscription of 50 euros, which gives you the right to use the land for 2 weeks per year. If there is enough interest, we could build the first 3 homes within 3 months with the support of the first 1000 subscribers.
You can make your reservation through the “Reserve Now” button. You will then see a section where you can contribute in different ways. Although the company is already established, we are still completing the formal processes, so for now, only the Ko-Fi and PayPal accounts will be available.
Your reservation means you have secured a spot on the land, giving you priority access as part of the community. Once you complete the 50-euro subscription, you can schedule your 2-week stay. If you’re one of the first 1000 subscribers, each year you’ll be able to use the land for 2 weeks, with everything we’ve managed to build by that time. Ideally, 3 shelters will be available in the first phase, one of which will be reserved for you.

Currently, there is no fixed accommodation since this is a developing project. However, you can camp with your own tent, and as we begin to build, you’ll also have the option to stay in the cabins we are constructing.
This is one of our long-term goals, but at the moment, the land consists of forests and endemic nature, making accessibility limited. We are working on improving these conditions for the future.
During your stay, you can enjoy hikes, construction workshops, and tent camping. As we progress, you’ll also be able to stay in the cabins. The project includes a gym for those who enjoy a healthy lifestyle and a large kitchen where you can enjoy nutritious and natural food from local harvests and the surrounding area.
